Bedroom 1 is a DOUBLE bedded room and has an en-suite toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 2  This can either be a SUPERKING BED or a TWIN/TRIPLE BEDDED room. The 3rd bedroom has a DOUBLE bed.

Our 3 bedrooms. All have colour T.V. Hairdryer, Towels and Hot Drinks Tray. Our main Guest bathroom is downstairs and has a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. It is well supplied with shampoo, shower gel etc.

<=  After a hard day's surfin' come back 'n' chill, with a couple of beers !!!

BREAKERS BREAKFAST Served 8.30am-9.00am If you would like to surf early & breakfast later please ask if this is possible, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. Tea, Fruit Tea, Fresh Coffee or Hot Chocolate. Cereals, Toast, Orange Juice. Fresh fruit & Yoghurt. ~ Choice of Fried/Poached or Scrambled Egg with a couple of rashers of Bacon, Sausage, (Vegetarian Sausage) Baked Beans, Grilled Tomato, Mushrooms & Sauté Potatoes. ~ SURFERS TAKEAWAY BREAKFAST.

OUR ADDRESS IS; BREAKERS ROCK HILL, GEORGEHAM, DEVON. EX33 1JW All bookings made, are provisionally booked for 3 days to allow time for your deposit to arrive. After 3 days, if your deposit has not been received we reserve the right to re-book the room.
