M5 Exit junction 27.
North Devon Link road to Barnstaple.
A361 to Braunton.
B3231 to Croyde.
Follow the road through Croyde into St. Mary's road past The Manor pub and proceed 1 mile to Georgeham.
Drive through Georgeham, past the village Post Office Stores, The Kings Arms and Georgeham Church, all on the left.
After the church take the 2nd RIGHT.
This is a small single track lane and the access to our driveway. Take the next right which leads up our steep Driveway and into the car park. You will see a private cottage called Bree Cottage facing you and Breakers is to the Left along the pathway to the kitchen door.

An easy option is to head for The Rock Inn car park, which is the 1st Right after the church. Breakers is the 5th house up from the Rock, so call at the house and we can re-direct you to our car park.
Breakers B&B Georgeham is located the 5th house up from The Rock Inn Pub.

Getting to us by train is simple with First Great Western. Simply enter where you are departing from and enter BNP (Barnstaple) for your destination.
Barnstaple is a 20minute car journey from Breakers B&B, On accasions we are happy to arrange for you to be picked up from the station for a small fee as long as it has been arranged prior to your stay.
A taxi would cost around £20 from the train station to Breakers B&B.
A regular bus service does run (308) the bus station is found in Barnstaple centre (15minute walk from the train station or a 2minute taxi from the train station)
Any bus journey you will need to ensure your planned route goes to Barnstaple. Once you have arrived in Barnstaple you will need to catch the 308 bus to Georgeham.
Once in Georgeham the bus will stop in a large layby called Davids Hill. From here you will need to walk:
Back to the main road (garage on your right)
Turn left and head down the slope towards Georgeham stores
At the T Junction you will need to head right. Follow this road along, on route you will pass The kings arms pub, Georgeham Church and St George's activity centre. In front of you, you should see a notice board hanging on the wall "The Rock Inn Pub"
Head up the steep slope, after you pass the pub on your left we are 5 doors up from the Pub.
