CROYDE BEACH

Croyde beach is one of the best surfing beaches in the UK. The beach is some 3/4 mile wide, Baggy Point at one side & Down End at the other.
With the Atlantic groundswell Croyde is famous for its low tide Barrels.......not for the faint hearted..!
Croyde produces world class waves and its no surprise that many competitions run here throughout the year and the Gold Coast Ocean Fest is held here every June.

PUTSBOROUGH BEACH

3 miles of beach connecting to Woolacombe. Sheltered from the Southwesterly winds Puts works best at High Tide. It has a more forgiving wave than Croyde and is great for beginners and skilled alike. Putsborough has a privately owned car-park, toilets & showers. Also hosts a fantastic BEACH SHOP where you can get hot drinks and fab snacks at a reasonable cost.

SAUNTON BEACH

Being some 2 miles long Saunton is a great longboarding beach. The waves here are mainly long and slow due to the long flat beach. Great for beginners and die hard Longboarders.
