Bedroom 2 is our most flexible room as can be used as a Twin, Triple or a kingsize room.
It offers a chest of drawers and 2 side tables with a wall mounted freeview LCD TV with built in DVD player.

Guest Bathroom
Our guest bathroom is located downstairs in the B&B. It has the usual facilities you would expect from a bathroom such as toilet, washbasin, shower and a bath.......Well not any normal bath..... a whirlpool spa bath with LED lights, so you can relax in style.
The bathroom also has a selection of shower gels, shampoos, and bath oils (incase you forget yours)
Guest Lounge
Our guest surfer lounge has a 40" flat screen LCD t.v with Sky, comfortable sofas, Magazines, Books on surfing and horse riding, DVD libary and a selection of board games for you to use at your leisure.
Wifi broadband is available throughout the whole house for free
Dining area
Our dining area is perfect for your breakfast or evening meal, we even have our daily live surf cam running for views of Saunton sands, Croyde bay, Woolacombe beach and Putsborough sands.
Breakers breakfast is served between 8am - 9am
If you would like to surf early & breakfast later
please ask if this is possible, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. Or order a special SURFERS TAKEAWAY BREAKFAST.

We have our own private parking at Breakers (one car per room)
There is a lawned garden with spacious decking area with garden furniture for lazing around on. We also have a 6 seater hydrotherapy hot tub and a private 18ft circular swimming pool which are open to guest use.

Wetsuit washing & drying area
Start the day with Breakfast in the garden, later 'chill out' and
watch the sunset with a beer in the hot tub and a Bar-b/Take away.
